§ 1 Name and registered office of the association, financial year
(1) The association bears the name "Yemeni community in Bavaria". It is to be entered in the register of associations at the District Court of Nuremberg and will then have the addition "eV".

§ 2 Purpose, non-profit status of the association
(1) The association, based in Nuremberg, pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the "Tax-privileged purposes" section of the tax code.

§ 3 Financing
(1) The association is financed by contributions, donations and grants.

§ 4 Acquisition of Membership

(1) The amount of the membership fee for full members is determined annually by the general assembly.

§ 9 Tasks of the Executive Board

The accounting and cash audit is carried out at least once a year by at least two elected cash auditors; they can be elected to the board at the same time. The results of the accounting and cash audit are to be presented to the general assembly.

§ 11 Appointment of the Management Board
(1) Every situation in Germany places different demands on a person’s German language. A board member will have to meet high language requirements for his assignment in order to use it functionally and effectively. Using language in a functionally appropriate way means that board members can satisfactorily resolve all situations that arise in a comprehensive context. Accordingly, a board member must prove at least C1 language level or comparable.
